Health Guarantee
We guarantee our puppies to be free from the following genetic disorders for life: PRA, CN, DM, and MDR1. Additionally, they are guaranteed against life-threatening congenital conditions until their 3rd birthday.
Vet Visit Requirement: Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of arrival, or the guarantee is void.
Rehoming Clause: If a buyer must rehome their dog, the puppy must be returned to the seller or rehomed with seller assistance. No refunds are given, only a replacement puppy when available.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover:
Common canine conditions such as worms, coccidia, giardia, fleas, ticks, mange, mites, vitamin deficiencies, hypoglycemia, or environmental-related illnesses.
Show/Breeding Disclaimer:
We cannot guarantee that any puppy will meet specific size, coat, color, or show/breeding standards due to natural variations within litters.
Veterinary Care Requirements:
Puppies must be kept current on all vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention, and routine vet care. Records must be provided for any health guarantee claim.
Claim Procedure for Genetic Health Issues:
Two separate veterinary reports from licensed clinics are required.
Buyer must return the original puppy within 5 business days unless authorized otherwise.
No refunds are given, only a replacement puppy of equal value when available.
In Case of Death: If a puppy dies within the guarantee period, the buyer must provide a necropsy report to determine the cause of death. No replacement puppy will be provided if the puppy was euthanized without the seller’s consent.
Legal Terms
This health guarantee is governed under Minnesota state law, with the venue set in McLeod County. In case of litigation, the buyer agrees to pay the seller’s reasonable attorney fees.
